the ultimate buffet spread. Nyonya Auntie Belle will showcase her
one-of-a-kind popiah basah with sweet bean and chili sauce, and Chef
Minami from Kogetsu Japanese restaurant will display his fresh selection
of sashimi.
The hotel's brand new Italian Chef FIlippo Giunta, on the
other hand will be leaving his mark through a selection of finely
prepared pastas....
For those in search of delectable local delights, the
Chefs will be preparing a series of stalls serving roast lamb, satay,
Sarawak bamboo chicken and lemang and many more local favourites.

What's that in the bamboo? Lemang?...Looks like it's a bit too soft. Eating it wait kaya, is it? I would love it with rendang...
