Terms and Condition for SUPER GT Lucky Draw:
1.       The SUPER GT Lucky Draw is open to all “Autobacs SUPER GT Round 3 Malaysia” (SUPER GT) ticket holders only. Employees of JP Performance Motorsport Sdn Bhd (JPM), their immediate families, JPM's advertising agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
2.       Every ticket’s reference number is valid for one entry only. Each name and Identity card number is valid for one entry only.
3.       The lucky draw will be drawn on event day on 10th June 2012, at the main stage, 1915 hours.
4.       JPM will contact the winner via phone or email. In the event that any such winner is not contactable after three (3) attempts, he/she will be disqualified from the Lucky Draw and the next drawn winner from a reserved list will be selected.
5.       Non compliance may result in disqualification in the Lucky Draw. An alternate winner from a reserved list will be awarded the prize.
6.       JPM reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any of the prizes of equal or greater value.
7.       JPM reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Lucky Draw at any time without giving any prior notice to any party.
8.       By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and judges’ decisions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
9.       Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to JPM to use the winners' pictures and/or name and/ or other particulars and /or likeness for the purposes of advertising, trade and promotion of SUPER GT or otherwise without further compensation and notification to the winner and authorization from the winner.
10.   JPM, its employees, promoters, program organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the participant or by any person in connection with the Lucky Draw. All winners assume liability for any loss, injury, damage or claim that may arise from participating in the Lucky Draw or use or redemption of any prize.
11.   Any federal, state and local taxes that may be imposed in connection with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
12.   All applicable local laws and regulations apply to this Lucky Draw.
13.   All details on participation and prizes in the Contest that may appear in all promotional materials form part of the Terms and Conditions.
